A collection of large paintings inspired by denim washed jeans and wintery brooks.

Inspired by the ethereal hues of navy and indigo, I created this collection in my backyard. Laying canvases down, I coated each with a heavy pour of water followed by large tracks of paint with broad brush strokes. Using a a spray bottle and towels, each piece was finished. Washing away and letting go underlie each painting.
